GoDaddy's recent changes to their account infrastructure is preposterous. GoDaddy's customers have to run helter skelter to find out how to navigate to their web hosting account.

I am one of their customer I have to do the same stuff. But atlast I could find out where had hidden the link. It is almost like a hidden link,

a sort of promotional attempt to make users renew the hosting. Why the ell renewal have to be made when there is ample time. Gaints like Godaddy repeat the mistake of not informing their clients about the changes like this and make the clients wade through each and every link in hunt of what they are looking for.

Auto Background Image on Google.com Home Page Creates Chaos

A move to promote the feature of customizing the Google.com home page background confuses the users.

Google exhibited this functionality by sporting series of images as background for Google.com home page. Google's plan to run an explanation along side the image exhibition was hindered by a bug. This was enough for creating chaos for the users. People started searching for ways to remove the background, several posts were made in forums to help them out in removing the background.

A simple move to tell the world on the new functionality to set the custom background did create a bug confusion on June 10. Google called of its auto background image exhibition on the dusk of June 10.
